Fathers On The Move (FOTM) was established in 2011 to help young men, most of whom are fathers, avoid or break out of the cycle of returning repeatedly to incarceration, to move on to become successful and productive community and family members. Viable and sustained employment and meaningful engagement with their families are essential to this. 

FOTM has served multiple communities in helping young fathers become productive community members and engaged and nurturing fathers and husbands.  Our multi-level Program provides both practical living skills and skills needed to lead others.

Our mission is to empower men to lead positive and productive family, career, and community lives as they transition from the criminal justice system. To mentor and support youth already in or at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system.

Journeymen mentors young men (ages 13-19) during their transformation to becoming men. Our mentors model healthy masculinity and nurture self-awareness and emotional growth while supporting and challenging boys to discover their unique gifts.

MALES of Distinction is a motivational success program that guides the development and perspectives of males by facilitating research informed and practitioner approved curriculums that will improve social behaviors for at risk males.

Project Point Five Inc. operates four core initiatives with various programs to address four target populations: at-risk youth, returning citizens, vulnerable veterans recently separated from active duty service, and community volunteers passionate about social, racial, and economic justice. These initiatives focus predominantly on marginalized men due to a lack of comparable resources currently prioritized for women and children.

The Fox84 Initiative For Boys exists to serve the young men of Marion County. We are dedicated to providing mentors for youths to participate in planned activities, including team-building programs and educational workshops. Mentoring builds individuals, schools, families, and communities. Our mentors share their views, experiences, knowledge, support, and advice to help young men avoid negative behaviors and achieve success.

Our mission is to LOVE, lead, guide, and mentor males between the ages of 9 and 18 who are being raised by a single parent, single legal guardian or their grandparent(s).
