Black Girls for Liberation Collective is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing Black girls. Grounded in an ethic of care and acceptance of our ways of being, BGFL prioritizes cultivating co-created spaces of joy, healing, and liberation with and for Black girls. We are committed to co-creating environments that center and amplify the voices of Black adolescent girls. Our co-creation of spaces with and for Black girls prioritizes their cultivation toward self-actualization. We employ the term collective to emphasize that the efforts of this space are communal.

At Bloom Upstate, they believe that every girl, regardless of her circumstances, has the strength to overcome challenges, build meaningful connections, and achieve holistic well-being. Through their comprehensive services and unwavering support, they empower girls to grow, heal, and thrive. Bloom Upstate's team is rooted in the belief that the transformative change they envision begins with their girls—future leaders with the potential to ignite the revolution for a stronger, more compassionate community.

Bloom Upstate's mission is to mentor and support girls and their parents who reside in single-parent households.

At Durham's Hope for Kids, our mission is clear: to create a brighter future for the young people in our community. We believe that every young person deserves a chance to succeed and that we can make a lasting impact by investing in their well-being and development.

First Gen Success is committed to creating an environment that empowers young girls to recognize and develop their unique strengths and ability to advocate for themselves and their communities. We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving program that bridges the generation gap and aims to lessen the constant economic disparities for high school girls on the path to becoming first-generation college students.

For God She Lives provides mentorship and personal development opportunities to girls and teens. We envision young girls equipped with the skills and tools needed for personal development and leadership. We strive to teach girls the true meaning of self-worth, confidence, and self-respect. Throughout the year, girls ages 9 to 18 are inspired and challenged to experience life together and help establish a life of selflessness, strength in character, and faith in God.

Girl Scouts create the world they want to live in and strive to make it better every single day. They explore their strengths, take on new challenges, and can always be themselves, regardless of background or ability.

Supported by adult volunteers and mentors right here in our community, as well as millions of alums around the globe, Girl Scouts lead the way as they discover who they are and how they can make the future a brighter place.
