What is the Carolinas Youth Mentoring Symposium?
The Carolinas Youth Mentoring Symposium (CYMS) is an annual gathering that brings together mentoring practitioners, researchers, philanthropic investors, youth leaders, government and civic leaders, and others interested in exploring how to expand mentoring initiatives that promote the health and well-being of young people and families most impacted by systems of oppression.
Attendees can look forward to:

- Outstanding Youth Leaders of the Year Scholarship Awards

- Speaker panels and roundtable discussions
How can I speak at the CYMS?
We are seeking speakers and presenters for next year's CYMS. Potential topics like:
- Advocacy & Engaging with Elected Officials
- Community Engagement & Gathering
- Volunteer Management
- Youth Leadership & Career-Building
If any of those topics speak to you, we invite you to submit a speaking proposal!
